How does the local church benefit as a part of the Full Gospel New Life Association?

 

• Spiritual covering: Membership and affiliation with the FGNLA provides local church and national fellowship, church and ministry accountability, and pastoral development and mentoring.

 

• Accountable Leadership: The charge to those who serve in leadership within FGNLA is to magnify their office representing Christ in the eyes of the people. The character of those in leadership must reflect God, the sanctity of their office, and serve people with integrity.

 

• Training and Development: The organization is committed to the teaching and training of pastors, ministerial staff & laity. Pastoral development combines both theological and practical training. FGNLA invests in training knowing that investing in the pastor and future church leaders, contributes to the growth and health of both the local and national church.

 

• Church Growth Strategies and Development: Emphasis is placed upon growth strategies not only for the local church, but also for its business and economic health and development. The organization exists to help with “undergirding” and providing spiritual support to the local pastor and church and connecting them with economic resources.

 

• National Convention Church: Laity will benefit from fellowship with other churches, and personal growth through participation in seminars and workshops held during the convention. The purpose of the national convention is to meet not only the spiritual needs of those attending, but to also empower them, providing tools and resources that contributes to their spiritual and natural growth. Local church members also have the opportunity to participate and serve in various regional positions if they desire to.
